This piece combines two mediums: one familiar and one unfamiliar to me. The juxtaposition symbolizes the evolution of digital technology, such as the development of artificial intelligence, a relatively new tool to most of its users. The embossed hanging elements (bird, star, and keyboard) are representative of the mesmerizing effect of new technologies, and how they redirect attention from other passions and experiences.
